Day to Day:
Join a dynamic joint venture backed by one of the largest aerospace and defense companies in the world, that is shaping the future! This team is looking for a Facility Security Officer to join their team. The FSO manages the security operations at the Camden, AR facility, overseeing the safe receipt and shipment of classified hardware, processing of foreign visitors, and overall facility protection in a FOCI mitigated environment. This role includes daily administration of classified systems, conducting self-inspections, coordinating security briefings and audits, and acting as the primary liaison with government agencies. This schedule will sit on-site in Camden, AR and be in a 9/80 schedule.
Must Haves:
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as an FSO or related security role (or equivalent education/experience)
• At least 2 years’ familiarity with NISPOM or DOD/Service security regulations
• Conduct investigations, compose and submit violation reports related to the loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified information, suspicious contact reports, and adverse information report
• Hands on experience coordinating with government and industry oversight agencies to facilitate inspections/audits of security programs and systems
• Experience reviewing and maintaining local site DD-254s
• Experience performing administrative duties in regard to DISS (personnel clearances and classified visits), NISS (facility clearance), Access Commander (Information Management System for employee and classified material control), eSecurity (upload documentation), Perspective (input and track all Security related incidents), and the Visitor Management System
• Hands-on experience with FOCI mitigation and SCA requirements
• Proven record of working with DCSA and government agencies
• Active, in-scope Secret US security clearance and US Citizenship

• Background in managing classified hardware and acting as a designated government representative (DGR)
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
