Title: Financial Analyst FP&A
Location: Northville, MI 48168
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Type: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)

Pay Rate: $55-75/hr
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 years of public accounting experience
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced OneStream knowledge: Proficient in user dimensions, workflows, hierarchies, etc.
- General finance knowledge: Capable of independent problem-solving
- Project management and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills
- SAP knowledge: Good to have, but not required
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monthly Review Decks: Prepare and present monthly review decks for corporate ledger roll-ups to senior management.
- OneStream Operations: Load ERP ledgers, topside templates, run QuickViews for high-level data analysis, and drill down on accounts and other data points.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to facilitate timely and accurate month-end accounting close.
- Review and Reconciliation: Review corporate accounting team’s monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and SAP to OneStream reconciliations.
- Month-End Close: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
- Forecasting: Prepare monthly forecasts for corporate ledgers and load them into OneStream.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and present corporate rollup of balance sheet and income statement fluctuations.
- Intercompany Accounting: Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts.
