The Financial Analyst (Strategy) prepares standard and ad-hoc financial reports for the Firms practice group leaders and senior managing partners. This position conducts ongoing audits of financial data to ensure the quality and accuracy of reported information. The Financial Analyst (Strategy) works under general supervision and relies on limited experience and direction to perform duties.
Targeting between $80-$100K salary

Required Skills & Experience
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports summarizing key performance indicators and profitability at the practice group, office, and attorney level
- Support the financial managers in design and preparation of the monthly financial reporting package; participate in monthly review calls with senior management
- Configure specifications for automated report generators through the Firms financial reporting software
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve inquiries related to financial matters; collaborate with other analysts within team and cross-functionally to resolve issues
- Perform ongoing audits of financial system data to ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standard operating procedures
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and the analysis of lateral hires
- Support the maintenance of the Firms financial software and reporting tools
- Assist with quarterly and annual bank surveys
Job Specifications :
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
