What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Insight Global?
One of our largest and most reputable Real Estate / Facilities Management clients is looking for a Hospitality Specialist to join their team in NYC. This individual will be working out of a multi-purpose building on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The building serves as both a residential and medical facility that houses doctors and patients for both short term stays and long-term leases. The Hospitality Specialist is going to be working the front desk, checking patients in, calling up deliveries and will ultimately be the first person the guests interact with when arriving at the building. This person will be regularly interacting with residents, guiding guests to the right departments, creating work orders, answering phones, and working in a very fluid manner. The Hospitality Specialist will be given onsite training in terms of procedures and all front desk software (Building Link) but will be expected to hit the ground running and must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be working a full 40-hour week, but schedules change weekly and include weekends. Schedules will be released two weeks in advance so we do need candidates who can be flexible in terms of working hours. Shifts will be 9 hours with an hour break and will range between the hours of 7am - 11pm. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, have strong interpersonal skills and are looking to join a world class organization to continue to grow their career.
