Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Support Specialist to join our Insight Global team. As a critical member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information concerning services to customers and employees
- Receive and answer requests for information in a timely and accurate manner
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00AM-3:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM-2:00PM
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Personable and approachable with a customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated awareness and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
- Additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Experience with SAP
- C-Cure experience (Security Management)
