Qualifications :
Experience :
5 years of experience in energy management, energy optimization, or building systems management within industrial or commercial settings.
Demonstrated experience in energy audits, energy savings initiatives, and working with building systems such as HVAC, compressed air, and boilers.
Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, utility rebate incentives, and experience supporting corporate sustainability programs.
Proficiency in Power BI , Tableau , or similar platforms for creating energy data dashboards and performance tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills, including energy modeling, cycle analysis, and statistical analysis.
Solid understanding of energy-consuming systems found in manufacturing facilities, including compressed air, HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
Global Experience : Ability to support energy management efforts across GM’s facilities in North America and South America, ensuring alignment with global energy strategies.
Nice to have :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
