Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology. Global experience is a plus.
- Progressive experience with HR systems, processes and tools with the demonstrated ability to deliver processes and tools that are simple to use and amplify leaders.
- A strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows, processes and integrations across multiple HRIS platforms. Preferably within Oracle HCM.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Continuously investigating and leveraging untapped HRIS functionalities to optimize processes and drive system adoption.
