Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Graphic Designer to join one of our top clients. This individual will be handling diverse projects such as advertisements, print materials, and online content while maintaining brand consistency. Experience with video production, social media posts, websites, and project management tools. This role requires excellent professional and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. The candidate should also be proficient at managing schedules, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote work Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Designs: Proficient in using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Designing Layouts: Select colors, images, and typefaces to create layouts for print, web, or multimedia.
- Production: Interpret feedback and make necessary edits to existing materials.
- Presenting Concepts: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final designs.
- Reviewing Designs and Proofreading: Review designs for errors before publishing or printing.
- Flexibility: Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work with communications teams to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to drive creative innovation and differentiation.
- File Management: Update and maintain accurate electronic file management according to internal procedures.
Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising etc.
- 3-5 years of B2B/B2C roles, with a background in creative design and production.
Compensation:
$25/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
