What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Technician position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk tech for one of their simulation software engineering companies. This person will be sitting onsite in the Lebanon location. Main focus is a hardware cleanup specifically with asset management while doing some onsite ticketing work within ServiceNow.
LOGISTICS
- On-site in Lebanon, NH
- 6-month contract with possible extension
RESPONSIBILITY
• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 support to the end user either physically or through remote support tools
• Manage, create, respond to, and resolve Incidents and Service Requests adhering to pre-defined processes and SLA
• End User Support
• Adhere to documented Asset Management procedures and maintain accurate records in the CMDB
• Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Office tools including O365 and MS Teams
• Configuration and troubleshooting of basic issues related to (but not limited to) virtual machines, networks / network protocols, and Windows File Shares
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 1-3 years of experience with IT Support experience
• Hardware / Asset Management Experience
• Able to work independently with little supervision
Compensation:
$24/hr to $29/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
