Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Help Desk/Service Desk Technician to join our team. This onsite role is crucial as you will be the first line of support for approximately 20 internal employees at our Grand Rapids location.
Additional Information:
- On-Call Schedule: Employees at Switch are on call once every 13 weeks, from 8 AM Monday to 8 AM the following Monday.
- Regular Hours: Onsite hours are 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
$24/hr or $50,000 per year annual salary.
