Title: Support Center Technician
Pay Rate: $19-$21
Duration: 6-month contract
Locations: 5x/week on-site - 2020 N Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 (north of monument circle)
Hours/Shifts: Monday-Friday (7am-4pm) - on call 1 week per month
Must haves:
- 1 year(s) of experience working directly with end-users/customers and troubleshooting in an IT environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems
- Experience working with PC's, printer's, and other hardware for repair and troubleshooting
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting, training, and support to users by phone, remotely, or on-site
- Resolve issues like password resets, drive mapping, and printer mapping
- Follow standard procedures for responding to and documenting ITSM ticket requests via ServiceNow
