Insight Global is looking for a leader in the clinical world to take on the role of Executive Director (Registered Nurse, RN) with one of the largest hospice agencies in the country.
The Hospice Executive Director supervises all aspects of patient care, all activities of professional staff and allied health personnel, regulatory requirements, compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance improvement activities for the agency.
The Executive Director will be available on-site during business hours and additionally, if needed. The right candidate for this job is a confident decision maker who is willing to get in the mix with clinicians.
The incumbent will manage all current field staff members and will be responsible for growing the census and coverage of the agency. The coverage area of the agency is a 50 miles radius of the Danville, VA location.
Required Skillset / Experience :
- Registered Nurse in Virginia
- 3 Years in hospice
- 3 Years in healthcare leadership
- Driver's License, Dependable Vehicle, and Insurance
Nice to Have skillset :
The targeted yearly salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 based on relevant experience
