Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Los Angeles, CA
$45- $48 Hourly Based On Experience
**Flexible work hours needed (Usually will be 8am-5pm, but late night/overnight work might be needed)
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract To Hire

Must Haves:
- 4-5 years of experience within Human Resources or previous HRBP experience
- Need experience handling a high # of employees in the past (100 )
- Strong Customer Service for Client Relations - Employee Relations experience
- Assisting with: Payroll, Performance Reviews, Terminations, Employee Relations/Investigations, etc.
- Experience helping to Manage new candidate applications/submittals coming through online postings & internal tools (Sourcing experience)
- Organized individual who meets deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must Haves:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Day to Day:
Here’s a day in the life of an HRBP:
- Working with HR Data and Working closely with the Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, & Benefits departments
- Helping to Manage new candidate submittals/leads coming in through online tool (recruiting/sourcing experience)
- Submitting Employee updates into the system
- Updating Internal offers – For example, promotions, transfers, updates, etc. into the system
- Terminations – Notifications of terminated employees
- Assisting with onboarding requirements, as needed
- Keeping Employee Relations
- Assisting Payroll Team, as needed
Salary : $45 - $48
