JOB DESCRIPTION :
To maintain all boilers, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration system and all associated equipment, to its maximum capability at journeyman level. To operate energy management control system in an efficient manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
Extensive working knowledge of boilers, heating, ventilating and air conditioning operations.
Must be able to repair and perform maintenance on institutional type equipment.
Demonstrated ability to read and understand blueprints. Demonstrated ability to solve problems with chillers, boilers, heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
Working knowledge of Simens DDC Systems.
Valid Virginia Driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Virginia Journeyman mechanical license.
Successful completion of a refrigerant transition and recovery course and tests.
Universal Certification
