Pay Rate: $40-55/hr
Must Haves:
- 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree required – Industrial Engineering degree highly preferred
- Continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Lean and Six Sigma tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- MES/ERP Experience – they use Apriso/SAP
- Manufacturing experience – dealing with operators
- Process improvement
- Independent project management
Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is looking to hire an Industrial Engineer for one of our largest manufacturing clients headquartered in Cleveland, OH. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in a standard approach across all consumables manufacturing department. You will be assisting with implementing continuous improvement programs for existing manufacturing equipment and designing and implementing manufacturing process and systems to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and reduce cost. This team covers all portions of Industrial Engineering; automation capital projects, expertise in virtual controls, automatic chemical ordering, cost savings, six sigma belt, etc. You will be a part of a team of 4 other IE’s working cross functionally and collaborating with other teams.
Salary : $40 - $55
