The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of clinical acumen, collaboration, and the ability to influence. Responsibilities include supporting regional business to achieve growth targets, identifying and solving customer clinical and economic priorities, and providing peer-to-peer training on the company's sterilization and infection prevention products. The role involves using data and analytics for business planning, building and maintaining relationships with key healthcare customers, educating on clinical guidelines and best practices, and providing consultation on complex issues. The specialist will also contribute to growth opportunities through education and product validation, handle economic objections by articulating clinical efficacy and economic value, and collaborate with sales specialists and interdisciplinary teams. Continuous learning and participation in professional associations are essential, along with understanding industry standards and maintaining customer engagement data

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher and four (4) years of sales, clinical or related experience
- 4 years working in an OR setting / environment
- Current, valid Drivers License
- Current certification(s) : BSN, RN, CNOR, CER, CRCST
