We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role requires a dedicated professional who will work onsite for three days a week, managing both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows Environment Management: Oversee and maintain Windows servers and workstations.
- Infrastructure: Manage on-premises servers and cloud infrastructure on Azure.
- Office 365 Administration: Handle the administration and support of Office 365 applications.
- Endpoint Security: Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect our network.
- Scripting and Automation: Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks.
- Virtualization: Manage and maintain VMware environments.
- Active Directory: Administer and support Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server environments.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in managing Office 365.
- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions.
- PowerShell scripting experience is preferred.
- Experience with VMware.
