Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking Hospitalists for a major healthcare client to support their Hospital Operations at the Jersey shore. This role involves working independently and consulting with members across the healthcare team to provide and uphold a high standard of patient care. The Hospitalists will be responsible for practicing primary and internal medicine in settings within Critical Care at the Hospital including the ICU and teleICU. The day shift providers will work within 5 rounds teams and treat a patient census of approximately 18 patients a day. The night shift provider will work with one other Hospitalist and NP over their shift and will split provision of care across the three providers to approximately 8-12 patients per night.
The hospitals will report directly to the Medical Director of Hospitalists. Providers will receive support from NPs and will be responsible for documentation in EPIC.
Schedule: Flexible Schedules: 14 days a month required with autonomous scheduling flexibility.
Potential Schedules can Include:
- Days: 7a-7p early call, 8a-5p
- Swing: 2-10p
- Nights: night 7p-7a
Salary : $275,000 - $325,000
