Duration: 9-month contract with potential to convert to full-time employment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
A facility management client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to manage the laptop/desktop inventory and will be responsible for managing the Lifecyle of IT assets, such as hardware, software, license and related resources. This role will also be responsible for tracking and managing IT assets from procurement to disposal, compliance and audits, inventory and reporting of IT assets, and procurement and vendor management to track new asset purchases.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years of experience in asset management or similar role
- 2-3 years of experience with ServiceNow, including updating assets and handling special ticket requests
- Experience coordinating asset deployments and maintaining inventory for end user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, fax machines, etc
-Procurement experience
- Proficient experience in Excel, utilizing VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Salary : $40 - $45
