Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, organizational psychology or a related field
- 5 years experience in PR, marketing, communications, project management, or similar experience
- Must have general understanding of information technology themes, threats, and industry standards
- Expert work knowledge using Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint)
- Experience in developing and maintaining intranet sites using SharePoint
- SharePoint Modern / Designer experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of stakeholders
- Ability to take complex concepts and translate them to a digestible format as determined by audience
- Sensitive to the requirements and interests of others and skilled in interpreting these needs into a coherent and practical communications program
- Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing requirements
- Ability to build consensus among diverse leaders and manage sensitive situations
- Influences decision-makers to support communication needs through use of correct tone, style, and arguments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, balancing multiple priorities, working with minimal supervision and meeting deadlines
