JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW A leading retailer in the Western and workwear industry, is seeking a dynamic Manager of IT ERP Systems D365 F&O with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to lead both the strategic direction and day-to-day tactical execution of the companys ERP systems, with a primary focus on Logistics and Finance. This role requires a seasoned IT leader who can blend visionary thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that the D365 F&O platform enhances business operations, drives scalability, and supports digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to the CTO, the Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the company and with external Managed Service Providers, to ensure technology solutions are aligned with both current and future business needs. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), particularly in Logistics and Finance modules. Experience managing ERP implementations in retail, supply chain, or wholesale distribution industries. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and financial reporting.
