What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. Implementation Product Specialist position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join one of our retail clients. This individual will be joining the End-User Productivity team where they will be closely managing changes that occur across the Microsoft tools and relaying that information to end u across the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing End User Productivity Viva Engage Community and all other forms of communication, including global email communications and intranet communications. This individual must be able to provide white-glove service to senior leaders across the organization and promote technical advancements specific to Microsoft tools.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis
- Microsoft change management experience across products.
- Experience training non-technical end u on technical updates and changes to promote adoption.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization, including HR, senior leaders from Merchant, Planning, and Store teams.
