Job DescriptionWe are looking for an assertive, proactive and dynamic candidate with strong organizational skills to manage a series of essential tasks to support an ongoing, critical project within the company's ITs Infrastructure & Operations team. The role reports to the Senior Manager, IT Associate Experience, and involves data collection, analysis and consolidation as well as reporting. The candidate will be required to liaise with IT Customers at all levels within the organization.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to : Consolidation and clean up of data from multiple sources into one, easily -referenceable format.Reorganization and re-labelling of data to meet project needs and make it easy to locate documents based on content.Running of surveys to assess Business need for specific technologies and applications OR to gather data critical for migration planning.Pulling of reports from existing company systems (e.g. ServiceNOW, SAP) and analysis thereof to provide data essential to workstream planning.Driving of small workshops with Delivery Team Managers to gain alignment on proposed data structure for ServiceNOW platform build.Scheduling of project meetings as required.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
