Position: Lead Front End Developer - React
Location: Orlando, FL – Onsite 5 days / week
Duration: Perm
Hours: M-F 9:00 am-5:00 pm – Flex
Must Haves:
- 6 years’ experience React.js Developer – Frontend Developer
- Building UI Architecture that is scalable and component driven
- Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript
- Capable of efficiently managing multiple projects and deadlines within an Agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on debugging and optimizing React-based applications.
- Highschool Diploma/GED
Plusses:
- Enterprise level experience developing web and mobile application UI architecture
- Experience with WebSockets for bidirectional communication between applications
- WebRTC experience – Audio/Visual
- Digital Health industry experience
- Nextt.JS experience
- Bachelor’s degree additional certifications
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers in best practices for React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proactively monitor progress, remove obstacles, and offer technical support to ensure the team meets sprint goals.
- Design and maintain a modular, reusable, and scalable frontend architecture using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to define, scope, and document feature implementations.
- Enforce high coding standards, including TypeScript best practices, component-driven development, and clean code principles.
- Implement and optimize state management to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead the performance optimization of frontend applications, ensuring fast load times and efficient rendering strategies.
- Guide the team through complex technical decisions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop responsive, dynamic UI components that adapt to configurations and user preferences.
- Maintain a strong focus on frontend security best practices and accessibility compliance.
- Coach, mentor, train team of 4 Front End Developers – assist with offshore UI team (has independent lead)
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
