The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will drive the reliability strategy and conduct resiliency design reviews to ensure software systems meet SLOs and error budgets. This role involves leading a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure and tools, as well as improving monitoring, automation, and deployment processes. Additionally, the position requires strategic planning, technical leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders to support organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience
Multicloud experience with Azure and AWS, including DR best practices.
Familiarity with on-prem data centers.
Knowledge of availability zones and data architectures.
Experience working with on-prem vs. native services.
Ability to contribute to discussions on data resilience and disaster recovery.
Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
Linux experience, ideally a 50 / 50 split with Windows.
