Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Licensing Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our content library. This role requires a blend of negotiation expertise, market insight, and collaboration with content creators, publishers, and licensing partners.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in publishing, media studies, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of experience in content acquisition, licensing, or intellectual property management, preferably within publishing, entertainment, or digital media industries.
Proven track record of successfully negotiating licensing agreements and managing intellectual property rights.
Strong understanding of web novels, episodic storytelling, and audience engagement in mobile-first platforms.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of licensing agreements, including royalties and sublicensing.
Experience with the Big 4 publishers (excluding Macmillan). and major web fiction platforms, particularly familiar with titles on Wattpad / Radish.
Director level or above within the traditional publishing industry
This role can pay between $120k-$140k depending on skillset and years of experience.
