Insight Global is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join a law firm client. This full-time, on-site position is located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area (Buckhead - 30326). The firm provides dedicated legal support for personal injury, medical malpractice, sexual harassment, and negligent security claims.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting document reviews, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions to support attorneys in the firm. Occasional Saturday work will be required, with overtime compensation provided.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Personal injury experience required
- 5-8 years of litigation experience
- Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
- Proficiency in legal research
- Experience drafting pleadings and motions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office suite
Nice to Have/Plus
- Paralegal certification (preferred)
Compensation
- Starting at $65,000 per year (converted into hourly rate).
- Compensation is competitive and flexible for the right candidate. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
