Insight Global is seeking a Day Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure quality care by adhering to the nursing care plan. The RN will work alongside 8 other nurses, managing a patient ratio of 1:5, and then will bring down for a cardiac drip patient to 1:3. in an inpatient setting. The unit can accommodate 34 patients and handles cases such as stroke, brain injury, dialysis, telemetry, cardiac drips, and more. Responsibilities include supporting around 4 patients transitioning from the ICU, who typically stay for 4-8 weeks. Duties also involve promoting continuous quality improvement and providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families. The position requires comfort with day shifts from 7:00am-7:30pm, including every other weekend.
