JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our clients in Livingston, NJ, is looking for two logistic coordinators to join their team for a 6 month contract. The majority of this role will be receiving and handling inquiries from clinics to schedule up pick ups and monitoring those pickups throughout the day, checking internally to make sure all compliance documents are in order to allow these pick ups, and setting up physical shipments when on-site. 10% of the role will be answering phone calls and emails regarding logistic (courier updates, clinics, etc.) and working in the CRM to figure out which courier they have to use. This role will start fully on-site for training, but move to a hybrid schedule after about 4 weeks once training is complete.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-1-3 years' experience with shipping, logistics, or mail courier
-Understand concept of HIPAA
-Technologically savvy
-Detail oriented
