What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Insight Global?
The maintenance supervisor is responsible for leading the maintenance team on a day-to-day basis. Typical daily duties include troubleshooting and repairing equipment with the maintenance technicians, updating and improving CMMS, and managing the parts inventory. The maintenance supervisor exists to ensure that the maintenance team operates efficiently and with a high standard of work quality.

Required Skills & Experience
High School Diploma
5-7 Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Experience with CMMS Systems
