- 3 years of HR Business Partner experience preferred
Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a Performance Management Manager to support a large healthcare client in Indianapolis, IN. The Performance Management Manager will be responsible for guiding the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and reporting of strategic Talent Management initiatives across the organization. This position works closely with our client’s executives, leaders, HR Business Partners, and Engagement team members along with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure talent management initiatives work together as part of a cohesive organizational strategy that achieves measurable business results. The incumbent will manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure performance management, skill trade and leadership development, onboarding, etc. are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned with ongoing strategic priorities.
- Perform needs assessment, analysis, and consulting on organizational issues; make recommendations on organizational design and development issues.
- Evolve talent assessment and succession planning conversations having frequent check-ins with leaders and ensuring we are developing talent for tomorrow.
- Identify opportunities to create programs that creates a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Drive reporting and measurements of the effectiveness of talent initiatives, including sharing insights with relevant stakeholders and adjusting as necessary.
Compensation (direct hire):
$80,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary.
