Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer/design role
- ISO 13485 experience
- IQ, OQ, PQ knowledge/experience
- Lean Six Sigma
- Proficient in manufacturing software - SOLIDWORKS, Minitab, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Project Management certifications
- Medical Device background
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience in a greenfield startup environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for one of our medical device manufacturing clients in the Columbia, South Carolina area. This individual will contribute to establishing the standard for lean engineering, cross functional collaboration and international greenfield start up projects.
