This is a full-time role that requires travel to manufacturing sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public right-of-way infrastructure, including electrical panels, pedestals, and bollards. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-10 years of experience in utilities equipment manufacturing are required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and implementation of quality control processes
- Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment mounts and other manufacturing assets
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve product design and manufacturability
- Travel to manufacturing sites to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
