Manufacturing Technician
Location : Albany, NY (4 day work week, 10 hour shifts)
23.50 / hr
Day to Day :
- Performs equipment cleaning tasks related to small parts used in clean rooms (process areas) per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with production schedules.
- This includes loading of parts washer, unloading of parts washer, bagging, and labeling of small parts used for manufacturing production
- Maintaining small part inventory
- Gowning into the clean room includes donning a gown (jumpsuit), hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask
- Following current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).
- Technicians will be expected to document the performed tasks accurately and per the approved procedure. All documents are subject to review by regulatory agencies and therefore must be maintained appropriately.
- Performing unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
- Flexibility and continuous support must be always provided to assist 24 / 7 manufacturing operations.
- Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) including proper documentation of training.
- Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards.
- Flexibility to work according to the production schedule, as required.
- Understand and adhere to strict clean room microbial controls.
