Job Description :
The Digital Analyst will be joining a large digital analytics team within the digital marketing division of a major financial institution based in Minneapolis, MN. They will analyze marketing data to identify patterns and improve key metrics throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience with marketing data analytics tools, specifically the Adobe suite, and a strong understanding of how to use business intelligence tools for further reporting. This organization is focused on personalizing the customer experience to acquire, deepen, and retain lifelong relationships by helping customers build financial confidence and achieve their life goals. The analyst will join as they build solutions to help customers activate their most important life goals and create personalized plans, that guide and assist over time, to achieve success.
Core Responsibilities :
- Ability to conduct regular analysis of marketing data to identify patterns to improve critical metrics at all stages of the funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion, adoptions.)
- Define objectives, scope analytics tasks, and deliverables for all projects and clients, including the creation and improvement of multi-step eCommerce data layers
- Develop the data strategy to support customer journeys that enable optimization of multi-touch marketing programs across all forms of media (digital, social, direct, etc.)
- Manage the end-to-end testing process for high priority use cases, including hypothesis development, KPI selection, A / B measurement and reporting
- Work cross functionally to build and deploy personalization campaigns to support digital platforms, product launches and promotions.
- Measure campaign performance, understand consumer behaviors, create consumer segment strategies and leverage personalization tools to create and maintain campaigns
