Location: Remote but able to go onsite in the Twin Cities as needed (Minnesota)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire
Pay: $25-$30/hour
About the role: We are seeking a Medical Education Associate who can make meaningful contributions to our team through the thoughtful support and execution of medical education training courses. In this role, you will be a partner in delivering effective, innovative, and scalable learning experiences that will enhance internal and external stakeholder experiences. You will be responsible for the creation and management of event registration webpages, the tactical development of program promotions, and overall attendee management. This includes working with a variety of stakeholders, including agency design partners, field sales representatives, and business leadership. This role reports to the Medical Education Manager.
Your responsibilities include:
o Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development.
o Creating and managing training and education registration webpages through CVENT.
o Developing and deploying materials promoting educational programs, leveraging agency/design partners as needed.
o Providing a high degree of customer service and responsiveness for internal stakeholders, including sales team and interested / registered HCPs.
o Contributing to the development and implementation of team templates, learning models, and overall best practices.
o Supporting stakeholder reviews of educational materials.
What we're looking for in you:
o Bachelor’s degree
o 3 years’ marketing communications experience, medical education event management experience, or project management experience
§ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project plans and deliver on specific timelines. Detail oriented with strong follow-through.
§ Strong oral and written communication skills.
§ Sense of urgency and a high customer service orientation.
o Excels in a fast-paced environment.
o Energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-driven.
o Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
o Aptitude for technical / digital platforms
· Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with CVENT event management platform, Mentimeter software, and
o Experience developing and managing meeting apps
· Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
o Graphic design experience
o Instructional design experience with knowledge of learning principles and methodologies:
§ Record of building effective learning experiences in the format of simulations, game-based learning, job aids, video, and animation.
§ Experience designing and developing training content and materials in a variety of modalities including, v/ILT, eLearning, video.
o Experience using authoring tools and video editing tools such as Articulate 360
