Your primary responsibility will be to drive accelerated growth, brand awareness, and synergistic collaboration across brands through innovative marketing strategies, social media engagement, and digital presence. You will oversee the marketing team, ensuring that every initiative—from brand development to social media engagement—aligns with the high standards of excellence and innovation that the brand represents. You will work closely with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with the organization’s goals, focusing on accelerating growth, patient acquisition, and enhancing brand across multiple digital platforms.
This role requires a unique combination of strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution. You must not only provide clear direction but be flexible enough to pivot and support your team as needed across all levels of the organization.
