Required Skills & Experience
• Certified Journeyman Plumber OR Certified Master Plumber
• At least 2 years of commercial plumbing experience (underground, over-head rough setting fixtures, water supply and drainage, gas, piping, and other plumbing systems)
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
Ability to travel between projects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Med gas Certification ASSE 6010
Job Description
This person will be installing, fixing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings. They will be working with other team members during construction and performing routine inspections to diagnose issues. The role requires adherence to building codes and safety standards, accurate record-keeping, and reviewing blueprints and specifications. The job also involves making sure installations are done well and on time, training newer plumbers, and doing tasks like pipe fitting, soldering, and brazing. Experience with different types of piping and commercial plumbing in various settings is important, as well as the ability to level earth and mix concrete.
Salary : $32 - $40
