Job Responsibilities
As a Materials Efficiency Manager, you will work closely with our manufacturing team to optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and reduce costs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing material optimization strategies across all plants.
- Collaborating with plant Industrial Engineering teams to gather insights and ensure effective implementation of optimization initiatives.
- Supporting execution teams by providing industrial engineering expertise and addressing challenges during project implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Experience and knowledge of AutoCAD and creating plant floor layouts for large facilities.
