Insight Global is looking for a sharp Medical Receptionist to join a chiropractice health clinic in Westminster, CA. At this clinic, the team is committed to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all who visit the clinic.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Vietnamese and / or Spanish and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk associate in a medical, chiropractic, dermatology, or aesthetic environment. The role requires onsite work from 8 AM to 6 PM, five days per week.
This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Handle billing and insurance-related tasks
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
