Must Haves:
- 3 years of MLT (generalist) experience
- Bachelors degree in Clinical Lab or Science related program
- Florida Technologist License in all sections of laboratory (Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology/Serology, and Immunohematology)
- Must have a Generalist License
- Nationally/Internationally recognized certification as a Medical Technologist or equivalent. (ASCP, AAB or AMT)
Plusses:
- Florida Technologist License in Molecular Pathology
- Lead or supervisor experience

This role involves providing leadership during evening and night shifts, coordinating team activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various departments to optimize patient care. Responsibilities include performing complex analytical procedures, developing and validating tests, handling administrative duties, managing specimen handling and equipment maintenance, ensuring quality control, reviewing procedures, managing inventory, and adhering to safety policies.
