Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Metrologist to join our team. The Metrologist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, precision, and reliability of measurement systems and instruments used within our organization. This role involves developing calibration procedures, maintaining measurement standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in metrology, calibration, or a related technical role. Must have experience performing pipette calibrations.
- Familiarity with a variety of measurement tools and instruments, including micrometers, CMMs, oscilloscopes, flukes, and laser measurement systems.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of measurement principles, uncertainty calculations, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in calibration software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Salary : $30 - $40
