What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Closer position at Insight Global?
A client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Closer to join their team. This Closer will be responsible for providing leadership to team members in the closing and post closing department. They will close loans for a pipeline of Loan Officers, assure loans are closed in accordance to regulatory and investor guidelines, track issues to determine if additional training is required or processes need to be changed. They also will run and monitor daily, weekly and monthly closing and post closing reports, maintain close communication with customers, sales partners and Operations Manager to ensure proper and timely fulfillment. They can sit remote / hybrid, near their main hubs (Fairfield, OH, Worthington, OH, Greensburg, IN, Columbus, IN, or St Matthews, Louisville).
