Job Summary
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team in Moorpark, CA. This role is onsite Monday-Friday and requires a strong understanding of mortgage closing processes and regulations.
Main Responsibilities
-Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
-Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
-Review and validate loan documents
-Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses
-Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
Requirements
-Mortgage closing experience
-General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
