Job Title: Mortgage Closer
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: On Site, Monday-Friday normal business hours
Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hr Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, eligible day 1 on the job!)
Requirements:
- Experience as a Mortgage Closer, Processor, or Funder
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
Day to Day:
This role acts as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Review and validate loan documents
- Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
- Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
Salary : $20 - $25
