Position: Mortgage Loan Closer/Processor

Pay Rate: $24/hr


Insight Global is looking to hire several Loan Closers and Loan Processors to work for one of the top mortgage lenders.


Day to day:

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

• Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

• Review and validate loan documents

• Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

• Monitor work queues and intervening as needed

Requirements:

• 2 years in the mortgage industry

• Experience working with mortgage loans

• Understanding of mortgage regulations and guidelines include TRID and RESPA

Salary : $23 - $24
