**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Piping Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Insight Global.
This role requires a strong background in piping design or checking on Navy ships, as well as experience in managing remote designers/checkers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of piping designers and checkers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This includes managing project schedules, collaborating with team members, and adhering to NAVSEA deadlines.
The supervisor will also be responsible for reviewing and approving piping diagrams and designs, ensuring they meet Navy Specs.
This involves working closely with Senior 3D Checkers to validate drawing accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of piping designers and checkers.
- Oversee project schedules and collaborate with team members.
- Adhere to NAVSEA deadlines and review piping diagrams and designs.
- Ensure compliance with Navy Specs.
- Work closely with Senior 3D Checkers to validate drawing accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience in piping design or checking on Navy ships.
