- Experience creating/tuning monitoring alerts and dashboards.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certifications: CompTIA Network , CCNA, or similar.
- Advanced networking knowledge (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN).
- Scripting and automation (Python, Bash).
- Firewall management experience.
- Understanding of VoIP systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with network security tools (Wireshark, SNMP).
