Job Description:
Our top healthcare client is one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plans, serving 12.7 million members. Across the US, they have various hospitals and clinics supporting the health and safety of others. The IT Operations team is looking to ramp up a project to bring the networking infrastructure in house rather than outsourcing to aid in cost savings. These people will be responsible for going to the different sites and various locations to swap out the networking and telephony product and applications from the previous outsources project. They will work in tandem and interact with third party hardware and/or software vendors under the guidance of more senior team members.
Must Haves:
- 1 year experience in Networking or Telephony system and user support
- 1 year experience configuring, implementing, and supporting network and telephony systems
- Must be open to travel within a 50-mile radius of each location – will be driving 20-30% (**Client reimburses for mileage**)
- Must be open to on-call on rotation once a month
- MUST PASS DRUG PANEL, BACKGROUND CHECK, AND MOTOR VEHICLE
Plusses:
- Network Certification
- ACD fundamental concepts
- CCNA Certification
$25/hr to $29/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
