Insight Global is seeking to hire a NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to support a semiconductor company in San Jose, CA. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with bonus and stock opportunity.
Day to Day:
As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle, from prototyping through to the final rollout. The typical lifecycle duration spans 1 to 1.5 years. You will manage all aspects of the process, including planning, characterization, test development, execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of customer milestones. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including design, R&D, and manufacturing, to achieve key project milestones and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Component-level understanding of modules and their functionalities
- Background experience in testing space
- Fundamental understanding of physics
- Experience and expertise with SOI, CMOS, and PA filters
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant field, with 3-4 years of industry experience
Compensation:
$120k to $150k annually.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
